"Overall it was a great stay. The only thing we didn't like is that we requested an airport transfer at 4:15am but they only offered 4:00 and 4:30 time slots so we opted for 4:30am and the driver didn't show up until 4:55am. Fortunately we were able to make it to the gate 10 minutes before boarding but we weren't able to have breakfast at the airport which was our original plan if they would have taken us at 4:15a as we originally wanted."

"Staff very friendly and encouraging jn trying new things like snowmobiling. Beautiful grounds in the winter, hot springs felt so good after playing in the cold. Room temps varied due to geothermal energy."

"The property was nice, but what stood out most was the staff they were outstanding. Our car had broken down and the town we were staying in was not very big so there were no mechanics surround however, the maintenance guy Logan took the time to get a new belt for us and repaired a car while we were out hiking Denali, Andres at the front desk found Logan for us and was very helpful. Can’t say enough about how great the staff there is."

"This place was not bad at all. Comfortable beds, good location, and spacious rooms. Deserves a better rating. "

"We got into Fairbanks after a very long day. Called the hotel and the shuttle came to pick us up within 10 minutes. Our friends who arrived earlier on a different flight did have shuttle problems and ened up taking a taxi Room is small and basic but clean. All we need for an overnight stay before moving on. Haven't had the included breakfast yet "
