"All staff are very nice and accomodating"

"We stayed in an ADA accessible room. Check-in was easy and fast. Every night, there were several fire pits around the outside of the hotel for peolpe to warm up and make smores (we used them every night). We never missed the ice cream social hosted every night. We took advantage of the provided sleds on the back side of the hotel and went down the slope for some slides. The aurora Borealis was easily seen from the hotel and we got woken up by the hotel staff after requesting the aurora borealis...

"Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is better than most with a good variety of food! Located close to plenty of food places and Walmart. Would recommend staying here and will stay again. Only negative is it shows there is a hot tub and there currently isn’t one, only a pool. "

"My family and I stayed at Chena for 6 nights in December. The drive from Fairbanks was easy and check-in was smooth, even at 11pm. We booked two double bed rooms and they were small but clean. We ate at the restaurant on site for many of our meals. Prices are high but portions are huge. We left quite a bit of food behind unfortunately since there wasn’t a mini fridge or microwave in our room. As for the hot springs, we loved it. Plenty of locker space and hooks at the end of the board walk to...

"The property was nice, but what stood out most was the staff they were outstanding. Our car had broken down and the town we were staying in was not very big so there were no mechanics surround however, the maintenance guy Logan took the time to get a new belt for us and repaired a car while we were out hiking Denali, Andres at the front desk found Logan for us and was very helpful. Can’t say enough about how great the staff there is."
