"We enjoyed our stay here very much, the house is nice and roomy and well equipped. It’s in a private area with gate system which gives a very secure feeling although being in a sleepy village there wasn’t any cause for worry. parking space for 2 cars. We were glad of the airco in the dining area as temperatures got quite high in the afternoon/evening. Two nice little sitting areas at the side of the house to relax outside but we did miss having a garden for more active relaxation. Not seen in...

"We stayed at La Distillerie for four nights and loved every second. We started our days by walking to the U supermarket for our baguette, through the vineyard, after coffee of course. Sitting out in the private garden was a delight. Especially in the evenings with a glass of vino. The location was great. The train station, just one minute away, got us to Strasbourg via rail, we drove everywhere else."

"Me and my partner chose to stay here with our dog as we had not visited Alsace before. The property is in a great position in a lovely quiet village with easy road and rail access to Strasbourg. Bruno the owner was very welcoming and the property is clean and full of lots of interesting historical pieces of art and furniture. There is plenty of space with three bedrooms and the kitchen is well fitted out with all modern appliances. I would highly recommend this property."

"We spent Christmas here with our dog and found the property suited us in every way - a large secure garden for the dog (with access from both the living room and bedroom), lovely spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen all in a peaceful location. We were able to visit Strasbourg and Colmar very easily from here and also enjoy the Rhine and discover the lovely town of Gengenbach. Delightful hosts next door."
