"I returned to the hotel as it's convenient for Basingstoke and in a nice setting. The beds are comfortable and they have different pillows to suit your needs. The hotel was generally clean although the shower could use a deeper clean around the edges."

"Bar shutting at 10 especially on a Saturday night was dissapointing. Been working in my room during the evening so a late night drink and unwind at the bar would have been perfect. Have to say I've never known a bar shut that early in a hotel and I've stayed in a fair few. Other than that no complaints, room was clean breakfast was excellent and staff were very polite and attentive. Bar hours could do with a review especially at the weekend but wouldn't stop me from staying there again."
