"25 minutes from Fredericksburg, this was the perfect spot for our stay. The house was very cozy and perfectly appointed. We arrived in the area and to our dismay, there were no grocery stores or resturants nearby. We got to the house with a pizza we ordered at a convenience mart in town. Got to the house and the host had snacking stuff there. Our need for coffe was also met and the house is amazing. We stayed 3 nights and I could have stayed forever. "Perfect location for our son's wedding in CenterPoint, TX. Plenty of room for family, friends, and grooms' men to gather prior to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. You must eat at Toucan Jim's. Food and atmosphere are fantastic especially the fish tacos and the fried shrimp. One of the best places we hace every stayed!"

"This place is very cute and fun, it was a little cold during our stay so not a lot of outside time. But we did visit the animals, each morning they were a lot of fun. The dogs so sweet. We enjoyed the house very cute and cozy, had everything we needed."

"Pros: very nice inside, plenty’s of dishes and pots/pans. Cons: never received instructions on check in, reading septic system, dog food kept under kitchen cabinet (we had no pets), dog/ cat hair on couch and bunk bed, difficult to put out Murphy bed and need more kitchen towels (only had 2) and toilet I. Master bath clogged and no plunger,"

"We were in town for a friends wedding. The property is close to conveniences but far enough away that you have a sense of peace. The home is super clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The A/C was awesome and a welcome relief from the heat. The ranch dogs were super friendly as well"
