"We arrived at the property and we were unable to get in. The property manager was there and he told us that he had rented it out to someone else and he had never told us. We drove over 14 hours to get there. Don’t book this place or you maybe scrambling to find a place to stay. Very poor service and Vrbo was not very helpful. "

"You wouldn't know, pulling up to this house, that there is a bright and spacious apartment tucked in back on the second floor. Cleanliness was exceptional. Owner communication was superb. Minor issue like no soap in bathroom but frankly the owners were so responsive that had we asked, I have no doubt they'd have brought some up, so these minor quibbles are on us and I enthusiastically give them 5 stars.
