"My husband and I, along with our Aussies spent 3 days at this cabin surrounded by 300 acres, with hiking trails, ponds, and wild life, during late Oct. The views of the property were beautiful with all the Fall colors. If you have the energy, be sure to hike up the hill to the cow pasture. It is about 1 mile round trip. The views at the top are spectacular! The cabin was clean, with one nice size bedroom that had a queen bed. Another smaller room had bunk beds and also a washer dryer combo unit. No door on smaller room, just fyi. Everything we needed was provided and we were very comfortable there. Also there was alot of taxidermy animals displayed. (Personally not a fan, so tried to ignore them) . We brought our own food but there are some nearby simple restaurants that I would of tried. All and all, a great getaway for nature lovers at a great value! Highly recommended!"
