THIS is where you WANT TO BE!! We've got everything!!

Private property with pool/spa, bbq island, billiards, 3-hole putting green, 4 bedrooms, laundry room, etc. No Pets. This home sleeps 10 people comfortably. We DO value our guests and have installed a MediAir Air Filtration Devices! Also, we feature genuine Threadmill 600-count COTTON bed sheets for absolutely a perfect sleep. Every room has wireless internet and a flat screen tv, and the outdoor area features a patio table/living area and three loungers. Calm, relaxed property with none of the privacy issues of a golf course home. Come relax, celebrate, unwind... at Chateau Festival Indio! Just MOMENTS away from the Concerts, Tennis Tournament, Restaurants, Horse Show, etc. PLEASE NOTE: 3 cars MAX on driveway - no street parking. Our neighbors have a right to the quiet enjoyment of their property, too, so please... respect is key, so if you don't have it for us, then... well, you know... :). All we ask is that you are honest with your booking, respectful to our neighbors, and mindful of our rules (which are sent upon booking!). Please also note that we do have a 2-night minimum on FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS. Besides that, and the Special Holidays, we have a 1-night minimum. :) HVAC can be set from 72 to 80 degrees - enjoy! :)

Family Fun in the Sun
This was perfect for my family of 5. I was able to relax poolside. The teenager lounged on the hammock while the twins swam, played hoops, and putted golf balls. In the evening we enjoyed the pool table and video games. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible stay at this property during Coachella weekend! The house was not only a short 6-minute drive from the festival grounds but also featured fantastic amenities including a pool, spa, mini-golf area, basketball court, and pool table that added so much fun to our stay. The house was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. Our host was outstanding, truly going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. He was so thoughtful that he even went out of his way to buy us new golf clubs and balls and dropped them off for the newly installed putting green. It's rare to find such a proactive and caring host. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a perfect getaway. We're already looking forward to our next stay!

Quiet oasis
Having stayed at many places in La Quinta ranging from quaint houses in quiet neighbourhoods to luxurious homes at PGA West, this house was perfect for us. Close to all the shopping and restaurants, as well as the Tennis tournament which we attended. The property manager and owner were great to deal with and were immediately available if any issues arose. Very easy check-in. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house. I will definitely stay here again.

Ideal location for attending event in Indian Wells
Our group of 5 had a great stay in this house. Four bedrooms gave us good privacy. The location was perfect for access to our event in Indian Wells. We didn't use it but the backyard with pool, chairs and BBQ looked attractive too. I would certainly stay here again if it is available

We enjoyed the location. The home was very clean which made for a relaxing stay.
The pool and spa were the highlight of the stay. We spent most of our time enjoying the backyard. Towels were readily accessible for swimming. The turn on for the spa could have been explained better in the manual. However the order was super friendly and went the extra mile by stopping by the home to help. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We took advantage of the table games and had a wonderful relaxing time! Thanks for everything.

Excellent - exactly what we were looking for!
Very easy to find and convenient location - and the communication from the host was fantastic! I wish we could have stayed longer as it was a wonderful place to spend the night. Great little game room/seating area for playing cards at night and we enjoyed the pool table as well.

Great place for a group of friends
Overall this was a great place to stay. The backyard was tranquil and the games were fun for everyone to play. However a few things I wish I had known before booking: 1. you have to bring your own basketball "due to covid" we left the one we bought, so maybe they have one now for you, but there's no difference between a basketball and a kitchen table when it comes to covid.... 2. you may have to pay to heat the pool, and the pool is FREEZING if you dont heat it. We ended up using the jacuzzi which was great, but you have to be careful about the "gas usage" when even heating up the jacuzzi. 3. The TVs are not smart TVs so pack a USB. 4. There was no sponge or dish soap, so we washed everything in the dishwasher. 5. I recommend bringing your own shower towels, the towels smelled like mildew.

Not What It Appears
Home itself is not terrible. Reasonable large 4 bedroom home with space for a bigger group. Beds were reasonably comfortable and area was easy to get around. Pool table to pass the time and pool (when usable) is nice. However, the house was not as clean as I expected. Plates in kitchen were dusty, carpets are in need of deep cleaning (stains), some sinks had drainage issues, leaking faucet in bathroom and dust bunnies on ceilings/walls in various rooms. Coffee maker didn't work during our stay as it indicated it needed cleaning. Stairs don't have a handrail which may present a problem for older members of your group or young children and one member of our family slipped during our stay. Biggest issue is how the owner treats guests and their issues. First, owner has lots of rules and big safety deposit (damage insurance is your best bet). He does not provide a lot of extra supplies. As an example, no extra tissues beyond what's in box when you arrive, one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two extra trash bags and a few pods for dishwasher/washer. Biggest issue was no warning of big yard project (tree topping and yard cleaning) which made use of the pool and grill area not available for a day and a half of our 5 day visit. Pool and grill were big part of why we chose this location/home. Owner's response was "oh well" and to say they would wrap up that day (they didn't - stretched into late afternoon of second day). No offer of a discount until we brought it up at conclusion of our trip and only then to offset a toilet seat that the hinge cracked/broke (we believe was already broke but whatever). The owner is purely in this to skim every dime possible out of you. Not to be trusted in my opinion.

Lovely house,
The home is large and comfortable. My group of friends visited for a tennis tournament nearby so we didn't spend a lot of time at the home or around the pool. The home is comfortable and clean and really close to the Tennis Garden, so very convenient. Leland was lovely to deal with but some small things that would have made the process better: --explaining the pricing structure. For a house that sleeps 8-10 we assumed the nightly booking rate covered our 7 guests, but apparently there is an extra charge after the first 4 guests. --also, for a house of this size--and knowing 7 adults were coming--we quickly had a shortage of coffee cups. We had to wash them and pass them along to the next person every morning. --the pool is quite cold, if you plan to do more than a quick dip make sure the heater has been turned on ahead of time. --There was no dish soap to do the dishes by hand as we went along, and very little in the way of dishwasher detergent. Nothing too major in the way of complaints here, just the small touches that would have helped.

Family get together
Yearly we get together with my family to spend some time together. Last year we got to experience a home in Palm Springs and although we had rules I feel like in this house was a little more strict. Even reading the rules was a little too intense. The house was nice and the owner was helpful as well. I feel like this house is more for a smaller family and people who would rather be inside rather than staying out and enjoying the night and family. I know the rules said to keep the noise down and not to have noise after 8:00pm, but we were not being loud and the cops showed up saying they got noised complaint. Although he did clarify we weren’t being loud, but people do tend to complain during the weekend in that community. I feel like we paid a good amount of money to be able to enjoy our weekend, but unfortunately the next day to avoid this conflict we decided to just stay in after 8:00pm instead of getting to enjoy our last night there. Other than this issue everything else was great. The house was just as the pictures shown and stores are pretty close by.

This home was perfect. Pictures match to near perfection with the reality of it all. Stunning home!!!! So relaxing yet so entertaining. From the mass amount of media on tv to the pool to the pool table to the basketball court, being bored isn't an option here!!! Awesome property! Easy owner to communicate with.
The house was very clean and already cooled down for us when we arrived. The pool and spa were a little warm but in 120 degree heat it plenty to keep us cool. Would definitely recommend staying.
