SUNNYSIDE POOL VILLA ENTERTAINS 14 ADULTS+1 INFANT

Only 2.8 mi to Empire Polo Club, home to COACHELLA AND STAGE COACH 1.1 mi to RIVERSIDE COUNTRY FESTIVAL GROUNDS, 1 block away from a major grocery store, a Starbucks, a gym, a nail salon and several quick food stops.

This incredible 5-bedroom 3-bathroom house was recently renovated inside out and has a brand new pool and spa. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a desk and can be used as a functional home office during your stay. Relax with a drink in your hand by the pool, entertain by the grill, or play games with your friends in the yard. There is plenty of grass on the side yard for outdoor games like bocce, corn-hole, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast for your friends and family. This is a great house that will meet all your needs, whether you are looking for a fun getaway with a group of friends, or a relaxing family vacation.

This modern home has been tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in beautiful Indio. You have all the space you need for your getaway. The dining table seats 10. The smart TV is equipped with apps such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc., you can use if you have subscriptions to those accounts.

PLEASE NOTE:
We welcome pets and require a flat fee of $125 per pet for the duration of your stay.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this home.

Per standard practices in Palm Springs valley, pool + spa heat is optional, for $150-200 per night. If you'd like to heat the pool or spa, please let us know and we will send you instructions on how to turn on the heater on your check-in day. We recommend considering pool/spa heat between October-May.

Please keep in mind the noise ordinance. Music and Loud Noise restricted between 10pm - 8am. Noise violations will results in fees starting $500

Check in is after 4pm, and check out is no later than 10am.

Amazing weekend getaway
Kevin and Tayla are the best hosts! Their home was absolutely perfect to for celebrating our sons birthday on a family weekend trip. It was very clean and accommodating for the nine of us. All instructions were very clear and communication was easy and comfortable. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great for a weekend in Indio
We stayed at the house with three families for a weekend lacrosse tournament at the polo club. The house was just what we needed. Nice, clean and close to the fields. There was plenty of room for all of us. Thanks for a great place to stay.

We had a great experience in this beautiful getaway home, we all had so much fun Tayla and Kevin home is in a very peaceful and relaxing area they are the best Host and were very responsive, we have no complaints everything went as planned, we will definitely be returning!
