Beautiful Spacious Home. Pool and Spa . Coachella & Stage Coach Fest

Stunning property nestled in the heart of Bermuda Dunes. This lighted and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property features highly upgraded furniture and decor throughout.

The Desert Paradise House is located in the center of Bermuda Dunes, minutes away from popular locations like the Tennis Gardens, Coachella Fest grounds, and the Palm Springs Tramway. It is also close to important places like grocery stores, gas stations, banks and the I-10 freeway.

The large pool and spa is wonderful to indulge in the many comforts of the Desert Lifestyle.

PLEASE READ - HEATED POOL UPON REQUEST WITH EXTRA CHARGE
Free heating of the spa is included with your booking; however, heating the pool has a $80 per day extra charge. The process of heating the pool takes about a day, which will be included in the cost. For example, if guests want the pool heated for 2 days, they will be charged for 3 days

GUEST ACCESS
You have full access to the property via keypad entry, high speed internet WiFi, Pool/Hot Tub, BBQ, and Hockey Table. Garage is NOT available for guests.

The maximum number of guests allowed to stay overnight is 8 including (2 extra guest for an extra fee). Please note that you must book the correct number of people coming to the house to get the correct charge. For example: Please do not book 6 guests if you plan on bringing over 6 people. You must specify it is 6 guests total, including yourself. You must alter the reservation before arrival.

An additional charge of $50 per person per night will be added to your booking after 6 guests. We do not provide an extra mattress after 8 guests, you are welcome to bring an air mattress. Please always be transparent with the total numbers of guests including children and infants (although we do not charge for infants newborn-12mo). Inquire with the host if you have any questions. For liability reasons, we do not allow anyone to check-in for the actual person who booked the reservation.

PLEASE inquire if you have more than 6 people (including yourself) in your booking. If you are found having extra guests who are not included in your original booking… your stay will be immediately terminated with no refunds. If you pay extra for a guest and he/she cancels on you, we will not refund you back for that extra guest. We have the right to allow non-booked guests to be on property at our discretion. Non-booked guests can not be on the property during the given 10pm-7am quiet hours.

PARKING:
There is room for 2 cars in the driveway. If you have more than 3 cars, street parking is also allowed. Garage not available for guests.

LATE DEPARTURE WITHOUT APPROVAL: If you have not vacated the premises by 10:00 am without prior approval for a later check-out time, you will be charged $50 for every extra hour you are still on property. I am usually fine with late check-outs, but guests MUST leave at the time they are given to have time to prepare for the next guests.

Ironman Oasis
This was the perfect location for our Ironman weekend. It is conveniently located to everything. Ally was a wonderful host. Very responsive and accommodating. The home was very spacious. Perfect for the two bikes that we had with us. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the treats were a bonus! It was also nice having the hot tub for a nice soak in the evenings.

My family and I came to the area for a birthday party. The accommodations were more than expected. Everyone that stayed had the best time. I greatly appreciated the infant accommodations. Perfect Place!
Everything was perfect to the outside to the inside. Easy to work with owners. Place was immaculate. Kitchen had everything one could want. Had problem figuring out how to use TV. The pool was so heavenly to be in. Hope to come back next year!
