Indoor:
This vacation home opens to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a large HDTV television and natural gas fireplace with comfort. Stay cool under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for 12. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances, such as a French door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for Four. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located next to Suite 2 and features a King-sized Bed, HD television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks with a makeup counter.

Suite 2 is located next to the master bedroom and features two Queen-sized Beds, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, an HD television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet. This home is large and can accommodate large families with a variety of ages. It is clearly a rental property. It’s a bit dated, kitchen is in need of some attention. There is adequate supplies but limited. Last home we rented in the area was a five star. This I would rate a 31/2. But I do think the price is reasonable for the large rental.

We stayed with our 3 children and their children. There were 15 of us and we found the house comfortable for that number. The beds were comfortable, the two kitchen islands and well stocked kitchen made cooking enjoyable. We loved the outdoor area-the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and golf! Lots of features!
My friends and I were looking for a stay for Coachella. The house was nearly perfect for our needs - plenty of space, comfortable beds, pool and jacuzzi for relaxing in the morning, and the fire pit was lovely too. Only thing missing was some basic house necessities (limited toilet paper, paper towels, towels, no soap or shampoo in showers, etc.) though these are fairly easily rectified. Having a second fridge in the garage was a nice feature and we were never lacking cold drinks.

Strictly just a party house
This property could have been advertised better. Would be a great party house as the landlord doesn't seem to concerned with the physical state of the property. Good for Coachella or a Bachelor/Bachelorette party. We did hire cleaners for every day of our stay and they were fabulous. First Class Cleaners was the name. Great group. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOUSE. Better for parties. Although the PM group came to the house ALMOST EVERY DAY OF OUR STAY to rectify issues, most of these things could have been resolved with an adequate post departure/pre-guest arrival inspection! Was not worth 9K US for 6 nights. Even when speaking with the Uber driver, he even stated we were at the worst property. Upon check-in: BBQ was fifthly inside and out, caught on fire as only 1 burner was working, the rest were clogged! TV in Master bedroom didn't work No WIFI in the bedrooms only in the main part of the house. Closets were all filled with "spare beds" we couldn't move and had no use of the closets. Every piece of furniture was stained, dirty, tired and worn. Golf putting turf was dirty, tired, and worn, Remotes all had dead batteries or didn't work. No instructions left onsite for water fountains. Had to constantly reach out to the PM. Kitchen garbage's didn't even have lids. looked like someone ripped them off. City garbage bins were full from the last guest. Pool was dirty, certainly didn't go swimming. Hot tub wasn't working and was really dirty. Holes in walls and scuffs everywhere. Walls we're very stained and all the doors/handles were dirty/worn. Patio table was full of burn marks (the plastic was physically melted in spots). Mold/Mildew in all the bathrooms/showers. This house was incredibly run down, worn, tired and in need of some serious love and care. The landlord should be advised that this property requires a facelift or should be advertised accordingly as a "party house".

Our Annual Golf Trip to Palm Desert
My overall impression of the home and the company renting it was mixed. The house was like The Good, The Bad &The Ugly. The Good: The customer service was outstanding. I texted Denice a few times with various questions and received prompt responses. The home's size was as advertised. It would be good for 2 large families. The bedrooms were large and the mattresses were firm conducive to a good night's sleep. The Casita was well appointed. The kitchen looked good and was a good size to operate in. The Bad: These were mostly announces, especially if you want to use the kitchen to actually cook in. The non-stick pans were of low quality and scared. I was concerned that I would be adding a bunch of Teflon to my dishes. There were no measuring cups and measuring spoons were missing. I bought some measuring cups and left them at the home for the next renters. The range pop-up hood didn't work. The paper products were WalMart specials which you wouldn't expect at a high end home. The 2 large garbage cans in the kitchen were without lids. After a few days of cooking the kitchen smelled even though they were half full. The dishwasher's was broken. We had to fiddle with it to work. The TV remotes were mismatched. We had to go around to match them for the TVs to work. And, there were hardly any hangers. The Ugly: The house is just weathered, old. Not the high end home we expected for the price. The pool needed cleaning. It just looked better in the pictures.

We had a great trip. The house, casita and yard were all exactly as presented and worked perfectly for our group. The hot tub stopped working on New Years Day but the owners had someone out within 1 hour to fix it. We never expected such a fast response on a holiday! We will definitely return.

Beautiful! Comfortable!
A beautiful place that comfortably accommodated our group of 12 women. It was wonderful to have beds for all 12, all of which were comfortable, especially in master and casita, and all the bedding was divine. Ideal location re shopping and restaurants (Big Rock Pub ROCKS!). Amazing outdoor area with multiple seating areas, putting green, and dining for 12+. The grill worked great, and the pool & spa were pristine and perfectly heated. The pool was too small for our annual water volleyball challenge but large enough for water aerobics and lots of pool floats (we had to bring our own). Large kitchen with indoor seating areas and dining for 12+. Regarding the 3-star rating for check-in process: One of our group arrived at 2:15 (after driving over 3 hours) and, when asked, was told she couldn't go in because staff were still "doing some things." However, in the 45 minutes she sat in the driveway and waited, she saw no one arrive or leave or any activity around the property. A $150 charge for "early check-in" at that point seemed over the top, particularly since I had been informed we could go in after 2:00 at no charge if everything was ready, which it obviously was. The pool table was in the garage, contrary to a review response that said it had been repaired and returned to the house. Suggestions: Provide a coffeemaker instead of/in addition to Keurig. Keurig alone made it difficult for coffee for 12 in the morning. No “starter” coffee, kitchen staples. Fortunately, we scheduled a grocery delivery for our arrival so had the basics and enough supplies to get us through the first evening and day after. Small hand soap dispensers in bathrooms would be preferable to “hotel style” mini bars. Needed more dish soap (we cooked most days/nights and therefore hand washed pots and pans). Definitely need more plastic drink glasses for outdoors. Also, each full bath should have a bathmat, more than one hand towel/wash cloth, and 12 women require more than 12 bath towels (or more laundry pods). Minor maintenance: Dishwasher wheel on bottom rack falls off and dishes did not get clean and had to be rewashed on occasion. Toilet in powder room has very slow refill. That said, a call to the manager over a broken toilet handle in the casita resulted in an almost immediate response/repair. Huge kudos for that! Overall, a beautiful place that we would highly recommend to others!

Nice home with tons of space. The pool was a great size, not too big nor too small. We loved all the cabana beds but most of them seemed dirty, stained or ripped. That would be my only critique. Overall great stay and highly recommended for a weekend family getaway.

Great bedrooms. One has two queens but the doorless bathroom is not conducive to two couples sharing. The garage has a broken pool table taking up one of the spaces. The backyard could use a better cleaning. The kitchen is stocked with low quality equipment and the stove and grill need to be cleaned and repaired. The outdoor space is fantastic! We had a wonderful family reunion.and Thanksgiving week. Loved it!

Best house for a Bachelorette Party!
This house was way more amazing then expected. It perfectly fit all of the guests comfortably. The casita was definitely the room everyone was fighting for! If you're looking for a house with a great atmosphere, look no further! We enjoyed our time in the house the whole weekend, with no need to leave aside from a jaunt to Joshua Tree. With the house being so grand, I was hoping the kitchen and bathrooms would have more amenities. We ran out of dish soap and found that the pantry could have had more supplies to last the weekend, but we were able to make it work and the double islands in the kitchen made prep super easy! We would love to come back !

SPACIOUS WEEKEND OAISIS
My family and I had such an amazing time at this property. Everything was so well-maintained. The property host provided lot of things for us such as soap, towels etc. The gated community was very intimate and very secluded which we loved. The house was so big we could all be on diff sides and still not hear each other. Everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway was fulfilled at Augusta for us. We def would love to come back again.

Beautiful home
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We decided to get away to celebrate our sons birthday with family and friends. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. The house was big enough for our group to hangout together and spread out for space. The pool was a good size for all and the outdoor atmosphere and water misters were great. The only pitfall was that the pool table was moved to the garage and had broken leg when we stayed, so we couldn’t enjoy it. Also make sure to take everything you need to cook including the basics salt, pepper, sugar. If not, at least there are plenty of stores up the street. The house is in a great location as well, we loved being in a gated community and close to all the necessities.

Terrific house for 2-3 families
What a fun house. The backyard is the best feature of this rental. The pool is small but adequate for our party of 4 adults and 5 youths. Plenty of seating around the pool. Both dad's are golfers so the putting green was fun. We bbq'd throughout our stay - the grill cooked well. We liked that the bbq was located in a shaded area. Plenty of outdoor dining space too. I gave this rental mostly 5-star ratings except for the categories of "Accuracy of Listing" (4-stars) and "Cleanliness of Property" (4-stars). The listing showed a photo of a beautiful billiards table located right off of the kitchen (the pool table was a big plus for our particular group). But upon arrival, we found the billiards table stored inside the garage (the table was in poor condition). It was unplayable. As for "Cleanliness," the house earned 4-stars which is a good rating - but there's definitely room for improvement (especially at this rental price). The double island kitchen is great (but the kitchen supplies, utensils, etc. need to be refreshed). Dining room and living space was open and fun. Plenty of beds in this house. Lastly, we appreciated the sense of security in this gated community.

The Augusta
Myself and seven other guys rented Augusta for an six day golf trip. I must say, Augusta is right in the heart of the golf courses. It's really close to PGA West which made it convenient for our group. The accommodations were excellent. The beds and sheets were amazing. Highly recommended.
