Outdoors:
A tropical oasis in the back yard! You'll never want to leave this extremely private vacation home. Lush lawn, palm trees, and lovely red hard-scape surround the heated pool, spa, and built-in fire pit with seating. The pool has a tanning shelf and a waterfall spillway from the spa and 11-foot cantilever umbrella. The custom fire pit has built-in seating so everyone has the perfect spot. There are several outdoor seating options at Acacia with 6 lounge chairs, a sitting area for 4 with outdoor flatscreen HDTV, and an outdoor dining table with built-in BBQ and bar, for those meals you want to enjoy alfresco. Clear out those pores in the standalone sauna.

Indoors:
The interior of this single-story home is 3650 square feet and is absolutely beautiful. It boasts a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, double oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, and butler's pantry with sink and wine refrigerator. Gorgeous and well-planned interior with wood ceiling beams and pristine attention to detail. The game room is the ultimate fun spot with a poker table, gaming system with over 1000 games, and HDTV. There is kitchen bar seating for 3, the breakfast table accommodates 6, and the formal dining room seats 4 with 2 extra chairs if needed. The Great Room has a huge HDTV surrounded by an impressive stone wall with a built-in gas fireplace. There is also plenty of seating and a Blu-ray player.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located next to entrance doors and features a King-sized bed and Queen-sized sofa sleeper, HDTV, Blu-ray player, ceiling fan, and large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower and his and her vanity sinks.

Casita Suite 2 is accessible through the front courtyard and features a King-sized bed, HDTV, switch-controlled ceiling fan, with access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Bedroom 3 features a Queen-sized Bed, Queen-sized sofa sleeper, HDTV, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 4 features a Queen-sized Bed, a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed with Twin-sized Trundle, HDTV, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. Bedroom 5 is located next to the from the door and features two Queen-sized beds, HDTV, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and large reach-in closet. Bedroom 6 is located across the hall from bedroom 5 and features a King-sized bed, HDTV, couch, and large clothing dresser.

Standalone Bathrooms:
Bathroom 3 is across the hall from bedroom 4 and features a shower, bathtub combo and double-vanity sinks.
Bathroom 4 is located in front of bedroom 5 and features a tile shower and vanity sink. It may be used to service bedrooms 5 and 6.
Powder room 5 is located in the hallway and features a pedestal sink.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the new shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is also extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos, and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.
