"We were coming to the area to help out with some relatives kids. We asked the owners if this would be okay and they quickly replied that it was. The boy wants us to stay here if we ever visit again. Dan and Shannon are some of the friendliest helpful hosts that we’ve met. Shannon’s mother lives on the property and is also lovely. She invited the boy to swing. As noted in the description, the kitchen and shower are outside so exposed to nature and such. Dan even took the time to write some notes...

"Cute cottage in downtown Stuart- nice for walking into town/dining etcOwners were easy to communicate with- responsive.Need to upgrade mattress in main bedroom- size clearly stated but mattress very uncomfortable. "

"This was an updated property with everything that we could have asked for. We had a wedding to go to and the full length mirror and magnified make-up mirror was a bonus. The owner was very responsive and provided the extras that we needed! Great location and great stay. Comfortable beds!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Nettles Island. Were allocated a different house from the booking due to repair work but this one turned out to be also very nice. Nettles Island is a treat with pools locally and a designated beach, and lots of other activities like pickle ball, tennis, mini-golf, billiard. Great place for kids. Exchange with owner was very good and friendly. Anytime again!"
