New build. Seems like a fairly new home to VRBO. Very clean and maintained. Host was very helpful. Would stay here again.

One of the best experiences we have had renting a rental home
The place was beautiful!!!! Everyone that attended kept saying how gorgeous the home was. The home was equipped with all the amenities you would need. The host was very nice and responsive!! The grounds around the property…. Beautiful !!! One of the best stays ever!!!
