The property was ok. There stains on the carpet upstairs and the internet did not work, but overall it was clean and we had no other major issues.

Great house, great location, great host!!!
We had a wonderful stay here. Awesome home, well kept and clean. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and everything was as posted. We will certainly be back next time we are in town.

When I read the reviews, I was a little unsure. But this home was clean, beds were comfortable. Master bedroom is huge! My coworkers and I enjoyed the stay. Great location. Nice neighborhood. Worth the stay.

The house is pretty much exactly as described. It is a very nice house. It was a little dirty when we arrived. Some trash and miscellaneous food on the floor. Other than that, our stay was great.

Nice house, great locations.
The location was in a really good area, with a quiet neighborhood. 5-10 minute drive from stores and restaurants. The house was stocked with normal essentials for a few days of stay. The Internet didn't work when we first arrived but we reached out to the owner and they fixed the issue within 15 minutes of making the request. The only problem that we ran into was there were 5 TVs in the house but only the TV in the main room worked. All other televisions, would not turn on. The homeowner mentioned that a previous guest had changed the remotes around causing the issue, and my family didn't feel like trying to figure it out.

Horrible Stay
The entire house was filthy. There were stains on the carpets, and the bathrooms were disgusting. There was rotten food in the fridge. The freezer was broken, there were no clean linens, and we had to buy our own laundry detergent and dryer sheets to wash the bedding. All of the plates, bowls, and utensils were gross. There was chicken feathers and blood all over the garage, and the garbage cans were full of blood and rotting garbage. There was no toilet paper, hand soap, and no cleaning products. There was broken furniture, and the card to access the community pool was not there. I would never suggest this house to anyone.

Many issues inn this home
From the beginning we had issues with broken furniture , upstairs hallway bathroom not working , incorrect wifi password , paint on furniture , dents on fridge handles , all the windows inn the home where left unlocked good thing we checked and locked them all up . Stains on the carpet all over the home . Home owner and Evolve where advised of the issues . We do not recommend this home the area is nice but not inside the home with all these issues .

Huge house, great price, great owner
The house was huge and was a great price. The owner was very responsive and very nice. There was a garage that was usable which is fantastic when it was cold. However, I think the owner and the house are new to rentals and so the house could use some work. The furniture is all mismatched and feels like it was cobbled together from yard sales. They are all functional, but it doesn't have the feel or flow of what I'd expect from a home of this size. I think the cleaning was sufficient, but it wasn't spotless. There was a garage to use as I mentioned, but it was stuffed full of stuff and so it was a little hard to get the car in and out. I'm sharing all of this feedback to the owner and given how responsive and nice the owner is, I suspect they will remedy all of these items in the future. Because the home is so big and because the owner is so nice and responsive, I believe this place will only get better in the future.

Indianapolis visit
The dishwasher didn't work. The oven door didn't close. Refrigerator had broken shelves and doors. The ad showed a pool table in the house. It was located in the garage. There were no instructions for the thermostat or tv. It was freezing in the house. Lack of trash cans in bathrooms. Bedroom with queen bed had a bed frame that collapsed. The disposal wasn't working. There was a bottle opener stuck in it. The house was 40 degrees when we arrived. Took 3 hours to get it warm. The vent in the smaller master bedroom was closed so we never got heat in that room. The house overall needs some major TLC.
