When I was checking out, I was in somewhat of a time crunch because I had to catch a flight. No one was at the counter for a couple minutes so I didn't know if someone would attend to me. Eventually one of the cleaning staff had to check me out

Wouldn’t ever stay again filthy unsafe
We stayed for Taylor swift concert. Couldn’t check in a minute earlier then 3 because “cleanliness was a priority to them” Arrived at 3 room was filthy fences on wall, hair in bathtub covered in scum, floor full of spills and dirt, mirrors dirty, lamps nasty, mold growing. Asked front desk to have someone clean while we were at concert 4:30-11:30 he said sure returned from concert and our room door with our belongings and valuables was left open which we knew we secured I assumed cleaners didn’t pull it shut except that I entered the room to find it was not cleaned as we asked and were told it would be I went to front desk to discuss it woman told me I was wrong that people request the house keeper because she’s so great she came to room and looked and saw everything and argued that it was clean and just old when I said that wasn’t the case she went and got a rag and wiped the hair outta tub the fecal splatters off wall and left. Felt so unsafe and disgusting we got minimal sleep and hit the road. No tv the entire stay When asked what they’d do for all the issues she said nothing that I could get another hotel (on a sold out weekend for the eras tour at 11:30 pm with an exhausted 7 year old in tow)

Inconsistent WiFi. Workers banging around and making noise past 10pm and as early as 6am. No hot water. Worker had child at hotel who was bouncing basketball up and down hallways during sleeping hours. Very poor conditions including holes in walls, burned holes in sheets. Not worth the extra money saved.

The heater did not work. The room smelled of smoke. The bathtub had rust and the toilet ran all night. It was loud outside the room just even when people were walking by. Walls and paint and doors seems overused and roughly treated. Felt like it was NOT worth 150.00

This hotel has a cheap nightly rate and it matches the price. There are weeds with overgrown grass everywhere outside. Inside is old, worn out, and grimy. It's ñot dirty on the inside but not friendly either. This place will not be on our return list.

Sheets stained, no elevator, hotel itself not air conditioned, whole place run down, staff doesn't seem to see whats wrong and wants to get you out of their hair ASAP. Worst place ever.

1.Bath towels are not for adult size. 2.AC was not even cooling and making noise. 3.Shower water speed was intentionally kept low. This stay was very disappointing. We booked a room with a king size bed for the "discounted rate" of $149. When we arrived they told us they were giving us a room with 2 queens which was an upgrade. We didn't want that they said that was all they had. We checked online and the rate foe that room is $90. BTW the beds were not queen but full. I asked for a price adjustment and they say no it was an upgrade. Everything was very old and overall not a good experience.
