The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There's a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails!

There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops).

The stairs going up to the master bedroom are a bit steep compared to normal steps, just FYI! It's nothing crazy steep but they are more steep than usual.

Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Owner had great communication. Kids loved the air hockey table and it kept them busy while the adults socialized upstairs. Very safe neighborhood, ample parking on property and close to the major attractions in Indianapolis. Nice deck area and firepit but due to inclement weather we could not utilize it

Convenient Location

Great House, Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and we loved the fire pit! Favorite part was hanging out in the basement on that comfy couch and watching Home Alone!! We stayed in Indianapolis to go to all of the Goodwill Outlet stores in the area and this was the perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. We had a great time, thank you!!

Charming House
The house is just as described in listing. House has lots of character very cute. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Luke the owner great for communicating. The area very quiet more than enough parking on the property. Tons of restaurants less than 2 miles from house and attractions all near by. Would definitely stay again.

Quick overnight stay!
My family and I were going to be in town for only one evening, to see one of our favorite performers at the Old National Center. This home was a perfect location for us to come back after the show, relax, and have some drinks, snacks, and a good nights sleep before heading back to Illinois. We had a great stay!

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms it met all of our needs. As an old house it needs some more work to bring it up, but the owners are aware of that.

Wow, what an amazing experience. I felt like I was able to rest like it was my own home. My brothers and I planned a trip to visit our mom and made many memories, and this home is definitely apart of these great memories. Our host was so easy to be in contact with and was so helpful!

This home was a great choice for our family. Lots to walk to nearby, and space for everyone! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The beds and linens are super comfortable. Kids loved the air hockey table, we enjoyed the sunroom overlooking the neighbor’s lovely flower garden. Property manager responded quickly when we needed some information. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Home Base for exploring Indy
We stayed here with our 3 year old and 4 adults. There was plenty of space inside the house and the back deck was very large and nice to spend time on. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and it was an easy drive downtown to the zoo and children’s museum. There’s also a playground a few blocks away which was a hit with our daughter. This would be a great house for a family to stay at while exploring Indianapolis as there is lots of space to relax and play together.

We were helping our daughter move. This location was great for us. We were all able to relax after a day of packing. We each had our own quiet space at night. My daughter loved the air hockey in the basement. Very clean home. Easy check out. Would definitely stay again.

Cute house/great location
We enjoyed this cute little house during a long weekend stay. We loved using the grill, the fire pit and hanging out in the basement. There are some great restaurants in walking distance and the cute Broad Ripple section is close. There's a Kroger store up on 86, as well as grocery and convenience stores along College. I didn't give a perfect 5 for cleanliness. We asked if it was possible to check in early because we were picking up things that went in the fridge. I think they might have rushed a little in the kitchen to accommodate us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good. It wasn't anything big, but it wasn't as detailed as other parts of the house. It could also be me being picky.

The place was built for entertaining. Which is nice. It is an old house with lots of creaks and moans. The steps going up to the master are steep. But overall a great space to stay.

The house was exactly like the pictures listed on the website. It was very roomy and comfortable. The only thing was the dishwasher didn’t work and it was an older home so it was cold. When asked Lucas did adjust the thermostat. We enjoyed our stay!

Great quiet place within walking distance of good restaurants
It was larger than I thought by looking on the site. It was away from downtown in a quiet area but a short walk from some really good restaurants and a couple bars, it also had a really good grocery store about 0.2 miles away, only reason it only got a 4 on cleanliness was that the outside garbage cans were full when we got there, but that's probably just because of the people before us and when garbage pickup day happened to be, it was no big deal, great place, would stay again!
