This home offers a laid-back retreat in a prime location just minutes from Indy's must-see attractions and the convention center, perfect for year-round events! The Broad Ripple district is three miles away for dining, shopping, and nightlife.

Completely renovated, this home features smart TVs with Xfinity in the living area and each bedroom, which you can also use to stream with your own accounts. (The fireplace is not operational.) The primary bedroom also boasts a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Outside, a beautifully landscaped yard creates even more space to spend time together. Unwind on the furnished patio while dinner sizzles on the grill. A fenced area adds an extra layer of privacy, and a wood-burning firepit invites fireside chats after a fun day of exploring; firewood is provided. (The garage is not accessible.)

Things to Know

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

We booked this house for an extended weekend. Our son had a swim meet and this house was in a perfect location. We visit Indy often during swim season and we will definitely stay here again. The host was great to communicate with and the house was well-equipped.

Celebrating 98 year old Uncle!
Our family traveled from Virginia and North Carolina. We were able to prepare a birthday dinner for our Uncle’s 98th birthday. It was nice to pick him up from his long term care facility and have him spend a few hours with us in very cozy and comfortable home. We would reserve this home again in the future, possibly for his 100th Birthday!

Perfect!
Absolutely wonderful rental for three couples (and room for more). Every essential needed was provided and then some. We loved the patio, fire pit, and grill in the back. Provided a relaxing spot to unwind after busy days at the racetrack, which was an easy drive. Our local host responded immediately to a few questions, the house was spotless, and the decor was so welcoming. Highly recommend.

Great home
The home was beautiful. It had everything we needed for our visit to Indy and was in a great location. It was immaculate. We were a family of six adults, a toddler, and a baby. There was plenty of room for everyone with a large yard. There was a high chair and a baby gate which were a nice surprise. Host was wonderful. We will definitely use again if we come back to Indy.

Perfect Home away from Home!!!
The house was homey and well equipped and very clean! The owners thought of everything to make you feel at home. Great notes with instructions! The back patio area was so peaceful! Plenty of space for our family to relax and share a good time. We will be back!! Judy is such a SUPER SWEET HOST!! One of the best we’ve ever dealt with. And we rent a house about 3 times a year in Indy! So we plan to rent her house again for sure!!!

Beautiful home
The home is beautiful, took us 20-30 minutes to get downtown, depending on traffic. Our biggest disappointment was the garage isn't available for use. We wish that would have been mentioned in the listing beforehand. Thankfully, the week we went was dry, but I know Indianas rain storms well. The house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, lots of amenities and thoughtful touches. Would recommend to friends and stay again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: VERY CLEAN property with everything in order. It was hard to keep the upstairs from being warm even with the AC on, reasonably. 3 bedrooms have plastic on the mattresses which was a little annoying and also made the bed hotter. Master bed was fine and had MyPillow pillows. Pretty comfy! HVAC is no different here than in any other single zone 2-story. The only...only comment to make would be the plastic on the other beds. Otherwise it was just what we were looking for. Again, VERY CLEAN, everything worked, nothing was beat up or used looking or worn. Very happy with this house and I would certainly stay here again.
