The listing was as pictured. The check-in process was easy and we were glad we found the place close to where we were going to be for our events.
The place did have some quirks regarding the king-size bed frame, stairs, and adjacent neighbor. The king-size bed was comfortable, but the bed frame was very squeaky. Every time we moved in the bed, it would creak/squeak loudly, and I mean every time. The stairs going up to the second level were shallower (front to back) than what we are used to and the nails on the stairs were uncomfortable to walk on. I would recommend house slippers.
While it was recommended that we be respectful and quiet, we could hear the neighbor on the connecting side of the house throughout our time. The neighbor also has a dog that destroyed the back house mat and would poop in the yard. A few messes weren't cleaned up during our stay, so we had to stick to the sidewalk.
The upstairs bathroom was nice, but it was also creaky when walking around in it.
During our stay, the washing machine wasn't working. It took about a day to get an update from the property owner and they comped us some money for the laundromat we had to use. If your stay is long, please check the status of the machines.
It was a decent stay, like I said, with a few quirks.
