This is a 3 bedroom with loft and 2.5 bath Camden townhome in the heart of Avon. 2-5 minutes away from restaurants , fast food places, shopping centers,movie theater,grocery stores and gaming center. Convenient access to highways and 25-30 minutes to downtown Indianapolis . Enjoy the neighborhood amenities: Pool,Walking Trails,Courts and Fields. The space
3 bedrooms with 2 full baths, laundry and a loft upstairs, half bath downstairs. This home is clean and well decorated in today's modern homestyle design ready to make you feel at home. This home is close to highway I-465, Airport, Hospital,Grocery stores- Costco, Walmart and Miejer. Restaurants- Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Apple Bees, Red Lobster. Fast foods - McDonald, Chick-fil-a, Sonic Drive-in, Panda Express. Gas stations and places to entertain and socialize.

Guest have access to the entire house. 3 bedrooms and a loft upstairs. Pool Pass will be in the the cabinet drawer beside the refrigerator. coffee ,creamer and sugar on the countertop in the kitchen and detergent in the laundry for your convenient. There are 2 parking space in the garage as well as the drive way.

Great location but…
The location of this property in Avon was perfect for our event. There were a few bumps along the way but the property manager replied quickly to the emails. The main drawback was the cleanliness. There was some dried food on the food processor, dried food spots on the cabinets and stairwell walls, and a dirty dish towel in the kitchen towel drawer. There were ants crawling on the floor around the couches in the living room and quite a few on the outside sidewalk. There also was wet laundry in the washing machine and laundry in the dryer. Having said all of this, I did contact the property manager about the food processor and the laundry. He was willing to bring me another one but I declined. He also told me to put the laundry in a basket and to not worry about it. He was definitely willing to work with me.

Nice townhouse in quiet neighborhood near restaurants, shopping and walking trails. Accommodations worked well for the three couples in our group. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and towels were of good quality. Would stay again.

The house was nice in a quiet neighborhood and very close to lucas oil raceway which was why we were there for the Nhra us nationals. House was not filthy but not really clean either. Beds were comfortable.

We had a very nice stay while attending GenCon. The property was as advertised. It could have used some more cleaning in the kitchen. We found on of the knives in the block had been put away dirty and there were some crumbs on the floor. Overall, though, it was a great stay.
