Welcome to this centrally-located beauty in the heart of Fountain Square! Walk out your front door 1 block to the famous Virginia Ave strip with plenty of entertainment, bars and restaurants waiting to welcome you. Hi-Fi, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, Victory Field & the Conv Center- all a 10-minute drive away. I.U Methodist - 15 min drive. Our home has 1 queen size bed and 1 Full size bed. A 50-inch TV in the living room, 32 inch in each bedroom, along with 2 full bathrooms and W/D.

My friends and I are in town for a conference. This location is a nice walking distance to Fountain Square that has a lot of great restaurants, stores and bars. With that though, there was a lot of noise from the streets. The house was very cozy and clean.

This duplex is in an older part of town and neighborhood. Rental upstairs was evident by hearing people moving around. Was not able to enjoy porches as there were no chairs available. There was no sign of a garden as listed.

Fountain square VRBO
The property was clean , neat and comfortable. Right in the heart of fountain square. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but restaurants and entertainment was within walking distance. Close to downtown for sporting events.
