It's a dump, paint chipping off the walls, outlets falling out of the walls, Mold and nasty crud on the walls, blinds broken,TV did not even turn on. Was charged extra 100.00 deposit on check in. Rude staff.

The wifi sucks. They say good luck connecting because it's not that good. Some of the room door won't close unless you break an arm to close it. Was told it's because the door frame is bent. The guest above me are up at all hours of the night, sliding chairs, walking so hard the room vibrates, dropping stuff constantly on the floor. If I bang on the ceiling they stomp even louder. The 3rd floor smells like dog urine. One good thing, I had a roof over my head. They advertise on certain apps there is a quick breakfast and there isnt. Good luck reaching anyone during your stay if there is a late checkin or loud disturbances.

Room didn't look like it was even cleaned. Trash under tv cabinet, on top of kitchen cabinets and bathtub had a rusty drain and was dirty. No one was in the office so we could check out at 7 a.m. when we wanted to leave. It said 9 a.m. office opened it was almost 10 a.m. before anyone was available to check us out. NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN. WOULDNOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. SMELT LIKE POT WHEN IT WAS A NONE SMOKING PLACE.

Something from a scary movie.
This is a place where people who are one small step from homelessness live. This is not a place for the weary traveler. I have been using this app for over twenty years now and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was fully expecting to get mugged in the hallway or the elevator in the hotel.

Worst experience I have ever had
The description is deceiving. The hotel is falling apart. Our room had broken cabinets, the refrigerator was filthy and covered in rust. We slept on top of the sheets so we did not get bed bugs. I have stayed in some bad hotels, but this was the absolute worst! I would not have been so upset if it was $50 a night because I would know what to expect. The TV did not work, and the front desk clerk was not helpful at all! $165 a night is a joke! This will be the last time I use Hotel.com!
