Let’s start with the good things. It is really easy to get to the Grand Park complex from this property. It has plenty of room for two families with soccer players. The beds were comfortable, and the upstairs kitchen/living area works well for a large gathering Everything inside is “eyeball” pretty. It was much more comfortable than being in a hotel.
On the not so great. The description of this place is a little misleading. There is NO master suite. The “Master” is a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and a beautiful master bathroom. Ive never seen a master suite with bunk beds! The king bed room is ok, at least you can move in it. The third bedroom upstairs is beyond tiny. You barely have room to open the dresser drawers without hitting the Queen sized bed, and the same goes for the closet doors. The downstairs bedroom is good sized, and would be much better suited to have more bunk beds added so the master can be a true master. This place could definitely use some rearranging! Also, I am not sure about the whole fire pit thing either. There is a hole dug in the ground. Period. No rocks, no ring, nothing. Except a hole, filled with previous fire junk. The yard hasn’t been mowed in a minute either, and a dump trailer with garbage bags and debris was parked in the driveway. Pretty much every wall in the house looks like a group of 8 year old boys played football in the house and scuffed almost every wall. Like I said, I’m conflicted. The house was ok, location to the fields was great, the kitchen was great, but there were some things that could definitely use some improvement.
But, in spite of all this, we had a great time!
