This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities are:

Getting Around:
The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis. 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle.
Other Things to Note:
No smoking, parties, pets
Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($50/hr late fee)
$200 penalty for removing smoke detectors
$200 penalty for lost key fobs
No outside guests without permission
One towel per guest per stay
Valid photo ID required to complete the booking
ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our automated entry system, however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise :)
