Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home is located near downtown Indianapolis, and minutes away from so much more. We offer 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 bath, kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, parking, large yard, and soon will have much more added. This is my first airbnb. So I ask that you bare with us as we will be adding much more as time goes on. We would love to see you have a great stay with us. Welcome to Indy.

Perfect Proximity
This cozy neighborhood home is a perfect location for quick, easy access to downtown Indianapolis sites and venues. Excellent communication with host. Would stay here again in the future.

Great experience overall, nice neighborhood, the host was great at accommodating my family and myself. We have dogs so the fenced in yard was very convenient for the dogs. I highly recommend to anyone!

Perfect for us!
Stayed overnight for a concert at the Lucas Oil Stadium, we even walked home and felt safe the whole time. Easy directions right off the highway to find a quiet and cute neighborhood. Exactly as pictured! Clean linens, additional blankets and soaps which is always appreciated. Would stay again!

Nice cozy house located in a quite neighborhood and only a 5 minute drive to the Lucas Oil Stadium. The house had everything we needed for stay. Will book again next time we come to Indy!

We loved our stay!
We loved this property. It’s a cute little house, simple yet everything you need and the property manager was so kind and easily contacted. We came for the ffa convention and we’re able to leave the huge school vehicle at the house safely and Uber for less than $6 to the convention center and stadium. This was WAY easier than trying to find parking down there. Loved the location and enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location for exploring Indy
I stayed here when I came to Indy for a concert at TCU Ampitheater and it was absolutely perfect for me. It’s a quiet area and very close to both downtown and White River State Park (about a 10 minute drive in both cases). The host was friendly and responsive, and the rental itself was super clean and homey. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Indianapolis.

Division 2 swimming nationals
Myself and two friends stayed here while watching the division 2 swimming nationals at iupui natatorium. Stay was nice, clean property, close to pool. God communication with owner. Will definitely stay again.

Had a few bugs, smelled like mold during the stay, some dishes and utensils were dirty, wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but wouldn’t do again.

Quaint nice little home in nice and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for what i needed.
I really enjoyed the build of the home, the yard, and the neighborhood. I was there on business so i didn't get the to enjoy the proximity of the home. Its a stones throw away from downtown Indy and lot of great food to eat. If its your thing, a huge night life is a five minute drive. Toronto are a thing in indy so the property has a full basement. You will not have a problem getting in touch with the owner. He is prompt and will work through any problems with you. He is a very fair guy who is also down to earth. Treat him fair and help maintain his property. Treat the neighborhood fair and take the parties downtown. Be safe and enjoy Yourself. Thank you Josiah

Quiet neighborhood
The house was very nice, beds comfortable. The only issues we encountered was that there was a very large paid of women's heart-shaped polka dot underwear under the main bedroom nightstand. And whoever washed dishes before us left a ton of water on the plates, so every time we pulled a plate out, water sloshed on us. I don't hold the second thing against the owner, but the underwear should have been found and picked up by the cleaner. I did leave it there because I wasnt about to touch another woman's dirty underwear.
