Our two separate bedrooms are pleasing havens featuring plush queen beds, draped with impeccably clean, soft bed linens. The rooms are ample, ensuring a peaceful and good night’s sleep after an adventurous day of exploring Indianapolis.

As you unwind in our comfortable living room, enjoy a myriad of entertainment options including a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The couch unfolds into an additional sleeping space for an extra guest, optimising space effectively.

This property is located in SoBro. A neighborhood just south of Broad Ripple. This property is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Located on the corner of the street.

Getting Around:
There is a side "driveway" that can fit up to 3 cars. Located directly off the street or street parking directly in front of the property.

Other Things to Note:
There are 3 cameras on the property. They are EXTERIOR CAMERAS only. One on the backyard, one on front and one on the side. For your safety and ours, they are motion activated and can be remotely accessed. There is a noise sensor in the living room that specifically monitors sound levels and does not record audio.
