Our abode hosts three tranquil bedrooms, each with a unique character. The master suite is designed as a personal retreat, with a cozy king bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath. The two additional bedrooms offer a queen bed and a pair of queens, ensuring plenty of space for rest, relaxation, and privacy.

Culinary enthusiasts will love our fully-equipped kitchen furnished with top-tier appliances, ideal for whipping up anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. The open-plan dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals and heartwarming conversations.

Venture outside to our fully fenced backyard and patio—an ideal spot for a breath of fresh air, letting your pets safely explore, or simply basking in the tranquil outdoors.

Enjoy exclusive access to the entirety of our property, with your privacy ensured by our convenient keypad-enabled entry system. There's ample secure parking, including a two-car garage and sufficient street parking. Please note—a locked storage closet is excluded from guest access.

Bates Hendricks is a historic neighborhood and one of the most popular in Indianapolis. The neighborhood was founded in 1821 and now features tons of modern and fully renovated homes. Two Chicks and a Hammer have their own TV show on HGTV, titled Good Bones!

Parking: Access to a 2 car garage as well as ample street parking

How to get around; Rideshare apps pick up within minutes, electric scooters, as well as a short walk or drive to everything!

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and the backyard. These are actively monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living are that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio.
