Immediately upon entering the unit, the smell of chemicals hit you at the door and did not dissipate during my stay. It did not take long to realize "roach motels" filled with roaches were all throughout the unit. Clearly there is an infestation that the host tried severely to cover up. The host was somewhat responsive (7.5/10) as the living room tv had a huge crack in the corner that she said she couldn't fix because she "needed to file a claim". The neighborhood is sketchy and the next door neighbor, who rents from the owner, clearly neglects the upkeep of his property based on insurmountable trash outside his unit (duplex style). One morning I woke up to no electricity. Seems the breaker box was overloaded although all I had was a bunch of computer work equipment. Have much more than that attached to the electricity in my home and never had a problem.
This would have been a one star, but the owner did allow me back into the unit 3 hours after check out to retrieve medicines left in her refrigerator. She was definitely fully responsive to that request and I am granting a huge amount of grace because of her attentiveness to that particular matter.
Although reasonably priced, my suggestion is to spend 10 more dollars a day and find something a little better.
I stayed for a week on a work trip.
