"The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. "Lots to comment on here- horrible smell (coming from the garbage disposal), shower that did not drain (had to stand in six inches of dirty water), and spider bites (as well as having to remove several bugs/spiders )- the biggest problem is that this is a lower level unit and you hear EVERY step the person in the upper unit takes. In our case there were night owls who moved a lot ALL NIGHT LONG! So we stayed three weeks and got very little sleep. And finally, just know they will not let you in...
