Very nice with plenty of room

Perfect open floor plan
We planned a trip to stay close to our relatives in Indian River, this is an annual mini-vacation. Previously we could not find a house roomy enough and open enough to allow for the cooks and those playing cards to interact, not this year! This property was just perfect and we will be returning, for sure!

Fantastic Family Getaway
Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. The open concept in the kitchen and living room was perfect for visiting with family on a somewhat rainy weekend away. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner allowed pets, which is good, and there was a secure, fenced back yard, also good. The coffee maker didn't work, which was not good when you are addicted to coffee.

This home was beautiful, pleasant, and very true to the pictures and description. Nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a good visit. Tonya responded to messages and gave us a back up phone number in case, which we didn't need to use. Several good restaurants in the area as well as a grocery store. Good antiquing in the area and close to other points of interest, like Petosky where we enjoyed an afternoon at a Petosky Vineyard and Wine Tasting venue. We especially enjoyed our visit to the Cross in the Woods. We would rent this house again with no hesitation.

Peaceful retreat
We loved this property! It was in a quiet neighborhood, had everything we needed and was serene. It is just a short trip to so many places. We took trips to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinaw City and St. Ignace. We had our children with us and the property had plenty of room and comfortable beds. Highly recommend 👌

Lovely Home in a Great Location
The home is absolutely lovely and the fenced in back yard was great for our dog! The location is easy to get to and with Indian River being centrally located it was a breeze to get to other points of interest. We had a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and I understand this is very early in the process for you, but wanted to offer truthful feedback to help you in the future with guests. Most all issues were with cleanliness. The kitchen counters were not clean and cluttered, the shared bathroom toilet was horrible. The master bath walls have some sort of brown 'stuff' running down. Someone left grinds in the coffee pot which we did not even use. The freezer drawer was not clean. There we no mattress protectors on the mattresses. I understand there is a cleaning fee but yet we had to strip the beds and take out the garbage ourselves as well as the points above. We wish you success in the future, we hope you can understand our constructive comments.

Short Fall Stay
Overall, extremely happy with our stay. Fenced-in yard a major plus as we stayed with our two dogs. House was clean and comfortable, and was a good location for getting out and about to see the fall colors. Would both recommend and stay again.
