"Very cozy place and very clean, located inside a nice, secure condominium complex in an area that could be described as undergoing gentrification. Check-in process was a bit confusing, but communication with owner great. Unit was furnished with a washer & dryer, and all necessary utensils to cook meals, although Wifi was extremely slow. Place does not have a dedicated parking spot, but a pay lot and free street parking (weekends only) were available about a block from the condo. Very eclectic...

We hosted a wine-and-cheese party for 6 without a problem. So, if you are at a convention and want to invite a few friends for the evening, this place is absolutely fantastic. And all this for the price of a hotel room."

"Wow! Whalesback Cottage was the Nova Scotia oceanside escape that we were looking for. Our own private space – no traffic … no crowds … and the only sounds were the waves hitting the rocks.
