This recently renovated cabin, boasting true rustic essence and a lovely golf course location, offers the perfect balance of mountain escape and contemporary perks. When the weather is nice, the large deck offers beautiful forest views and ample dining space to enjoy home-cooked meals prepared on the grill or in the beautifully updated kitchen. Upgrades include granite countertops, new cabinets, appliances, and lighting. In the winter, throw a log in the woodstove and relax with a movie as the fire roars.
Golf lovers won't find a better location than this! The entrance to the Incline Village Championship Golf Course is only a few blocks away, and the home is located right on the course itself. Also close by is the city center (less than a mile away), which is rich with shops and restaurants. Summer can be spent swimming in Lake Tahoe and soaking up the sun on Incline Beach, less than two miles away. The area is also full of challenging hiking trails for those wanting to get away from town. And winter sports enthusiasts will love the short two-mile commute to the base of Diamond Peak Ski Resort, where you can enjoy countless powder days.
Things to Know
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
