A quiet location that is close to everything. Enjoy a romantic getaway, family vacation, or time with friends at this beautiful condo located in the best part of Lake Tahoe, Incline Village. A short drive from the Reno International Airport, we are a 5 minute walk to the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, fantastic restaurants, skiing, hiking, shopping, and a wealth of seasonal activities! With free shuttle service from the Hyatt, you can take a short ride (1.8 miles) up to Diamond Peak for a fun day of skiing or snowboarding. Other amazing ski resorts are just minutes from your doorstep: just 20 minutes to Heavenly and 45 minutes to Squaw Valley.

The condo is a 10 minute walk to the East Shore Multiuse trail which takes you on a scenic walk, or bike ride, along a paved trail to Sand Harbor public beach. The trail starts at Tunnel Creek cafe at the corner of Lakeshore Blvd (east end) and Highway 28 and runs just above the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe.

As our guests, you will have access to world-renowned golf courses and the Incline Village recreation center, which includes tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness equipment, and an Olympic sized pool. Fees apply.

There are two master suites, one with a beautiful king-sized, rustic log bed, flat screen television, and iPod speaker dock with a luxurious steam shower in the en suite bathroom. The second spacious, but cozy suite has a rustic twin-sized over twin-sized log bunk bed and a queen-sized bed with a Jacuzzi tub / shower in the en suite bathroom.

The downstairs has a back patio, full kitchen, dining, half-bath, and living area with a very comfortable top quality leather queen sleeper sofa, chaise, LED flat screen HD Roku television, blue ray DVD, and gas fireplace.

Great weekend with 5 girlfriends. Plenty of room, great location. Some of the lights were either out or we couldn’t figure them out and internet was a little hard to connect to but besides that, everything was great!

Had the best time in Lake Tahoe and enjoyed the property. It was a great location, close to stores/shops. The only downfall was the living room didnt offer enough seating for everyone to comfortably relax.

One of the best in Incline Village
Very clean. Very spacious bed room and family area. Beds and sofa are very comfortable. Location is great. We are surprised to find that it has Jacuzzi and sauna. The overall stay was enjoyable. We have been stayed in Incline village many times. This condo is the best in overall.

Perfect stay
This property was exactly as described and a great stay for me and my husband and our snowboarding 15 year old. Close to everything! We drove to Northstar for a day of boarding and then walked across the street to the Hyatt in the evening for some adult time. We will be back!

Great Location
We absolutely love staying in the unit. We have IVGID cards so we can walk to the beaches and use the ramp for boating at Ski Beach. If you do not have cards there is so much to do in the area too. Ride bikes or drive down to San Harbor for the day.

Short stay of 2 nights for a wedding at Hyatt resort. It was perfect location, right across the street. The unit had everything we needed including a steamer for the guys suits. Had never experienced in floor heating(which we loved) and Mimi called as soon as I texted with questions.

Sweet spot at Incline Village
The place was great. Clean and orderly. Mimi contacted us via email and had paperwork to continue the conversation when we arrived. We were not looking amenities like hot tub and pool, had our eyes set for Sand Harbor beach and King’s beach. Great weekend and the place had everything we needed. Thanks!

We attended a wedding at the Hyatt and the condo is a short walk to the Hyatt. Lovely setting, the check in was easy and host was very accommodating. Went to use the microwave and there was water in the bottom with hardened Mac and cheese. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location directly across from the Hyatt. Several restaurants, sandwich shop and bakery steps away. Mimi who oversees the property was quickly responsive to questions. We even had a mix up on exit day (my fault) but Mimi was quick to help. My only complaint is that the development owners voted to not let renters have access to the lake. Only owners are allowed. A real disappointment.

It was great! I think that the only nice treat would to have a few keurig pods available for the first day there. It would be great to have coffee available the next morning after you come in late. I have experienced that before in other places and it was a cheap but great touch! This is a suggestion and not a complaint. thank you again!

Lovely Incline Village condo
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, located right across the street from the Hyatt Incline, although the unit is toward the back of the property so it is very quiet. Walkable to all Hyatt amenities and restaurants at the 120 Country Club shopping area. Just a block off the lake and the lovely walking path along the lake. Super clean, great smart tv with good instructions for cable and streaming. Beds extremely comfortable and you don't always find that at rental properties. Steam shower in master bath is amazing! I would not hesitate to stay here again, winter or summer. Thank you!

Great place, but needs better wifi
Awesome property and location, Mimi was great at communicating and check in was easy. Only issue is the wifi was terrible, couldn’t get any work done, and there was no attempted solution when I notified the host. Literally 30-60 seconds to load each webpage or email, couldn’t get any work done and my son couldn’t work on homework as planned. We were only there for two nights as the tail end of a road trip so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it would have been completely unacceptable for a longer stay.
