The bedrooms were comfortable and the family areas were spacious. The only two small concerns were related to the small size of the pool and the low power load when running the washing machine and dishwasher. "In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"
