Only negative is lack of air conditioning or even a ceiling fan / any fan -- this made it challenging to sleep at night in late August; keep that in mind if you are coming from the US and used to lower sleeping temperatures. "This was a great place to stay for touring the area. The rooms are large; the decor is esthetically pleasing. Our room had a lovely balcony and kitchenette/living room area. the breakfasts were varied and good. We ate at the restaurant one night and that was a very good meal as well. "A fantastic little find that is tucked away yet accessible to the whole area. If you want peace, tranquility and a place to relax then this is it. The rooms are simple yet tastefully decorated and provide a great place for a good night's sleep. Breakfast is one of the best I have had in a long time with plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, tea, coffee, juice yoghurt and muesli. This would make a great base for your cycling adventures."

"Isa and Michele are lovely hosts. Their vineyard is a magical place with lovely views across the valley and the mountains. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable for 2 couples but can accommodate up to 6 people. The place is child and pet friendly. The swimming pool is very nice. The restaurant is open at the weekend and the food is delicious. There are some nice villages nearby and countryside walks. A proper Italian countryside holiday experience.
