With a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy unforgettable moments outdoors, this fantastic house for 2 people is only a few steps away from the centre of Inca.
This is a great town house, located on the ground floor of a two-storey building, then becoming a family, quiet and close corner to make your dreams come true in the island. The terrace is beautiful because it has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The combination of the stone walls with the lively colours, the trees, the two sun loungers to enjoy a while under the sun, the built-in bench to enjoy a good reading and, the best of it all, the barbecue for the true professional chefs of meals alfresco. You can cook and enjoy the delicious recipes under the cosy little porch.

Inside, there is an inviting living room with a sofa, two armchairs and air-conditioning, which is the perfect corner to watch the satellite TV, read one of the books of the house, or simply rest. The living area is open to the dining which is equipped with a table with chairs and leads, on the one hand, to the terrace and on the other to the kitchen. This one offers a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and much more, so you can cook as if you were at home. There is one bedroom to rest in the house, and it features a double bed, a wardrobe, a fan and space to prepare a cot if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, there is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation.

The house is about 200 metres from the centre of this lovely and fascinating city, so you can take a a wonderful walk through the charming streets full of all kinds of shops: fashion, food, shoes, bars, cafes and specially Mallorcan restaurants where you can try our best dishes. The street market takes place on Thursday morning from 7 centuries ago. If you feel like, you can enjoy the town night life where you will find some bars and pubs to have a drink. In relation to the beaches, the nearest one is the paradisaical and extensive beach of Puerto de Alcudia, about 25 km away. But there are many other beaches like Can Picafort, Son Serra de Marina or the ones near Palma in the opposite direction.

Great staying in Inca
The apartment is very comfortable, in a very quiet neighborhood, and there is a grocery store just around the corner. The kitchen has an oven and a dishwasher, the laundry room is separate. What I liked most was the beautiful inner courtyard with a lemon tree and many plants. One of the nicer accommodations I've had.

La situación es bastante cercana al centro aunque la calle es un poco fea. El interior está cuidadosamente reformado y no falta detalle, no echamos nada de menos. Por resumir, está decorado con mucho mimo y con buen gusto. La barbacoa y la terraza deben de ser un lujo en verano. La dueña nos recibió con mucha simpatía y nos ofreció todo tipo de ayudas, amén de tener ciertos detalles de bienvenida bastante agradables. El sitio es plenamente recomendable.

De ligging van dit appartement is perfekt. Met 10 min.loop je het centrum in. Op de hoek van de straat is een "buurt super". Waar je iedere dag vers brood kunt halen. Ja en dan de patio, geweldig voor lekker buiten je ontbijt te nemen of in de middag lekker ff buiten te kunnen zitten. Parkeren met de auto, maar dat is overal in de steden een probleem

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à deux dans cette petite maison de village. Notre hôte a été très accueillante et bienveillante. La terrasse est spacieuse et agréable tout comme le logement car les espaces sont bien pensés. Le seul bémol est que l’appartement est moins lumineux qu’il en a l’air sur les photos. La localisation est parfaite pour pouvoir visiter l’île ! Tout est à environ 45min de route. Nous avons cependant été quelques peu dérangés par le non isolement du logement (on entend la télé du voisin du haut tard le soir, les chiens du quartier ainsi que la route à côté de la chambre parentale). Nous pensons également qu’il serait judicieux de proposer aux locataires quelques produits de première nécessité (sel, poivre, produit vaisselle, huile..) car au final nous étions obligé de laisser les nôtres sur place… Malgré ces quelques gènes, nous recommandons cet établissement spacieux et confortable et nous remercions notre hôte pour son accueil et ses bons conseils !
