One of our group members had left behind his bag in a remote restaurant prior to his arrival and with the great assistance of the hotel staff, we managed eventually to confirm that the bag had been sent to a police station. The staff, who didn’t speak good English , had been very patient in understanding my Japanese of limited proficiency , and had the matter sorted out to our great satisfaction."

"If you decide to stay at Sansuiso, you have made the right decision. This is a beautiful onsen, with a variety of different type of waters, pools on the edge of the river. We stayed in the Japanese room which is always spacious and comfortable. Do yourself a favour and do the half board (or dinner) it will be one of the best meals you may have ever eaten.
