Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property except the locked closet.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are reliable methods of transportation.
Other Things to Note:
Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
Check-in is at 4 pm.
Check-out is at 10 am.
- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors.
-Parking in the driveway 4-5 max. Guest parking spaces on a first come first serve basis, street parking for overflow.
-Please note there are 5 security cameras: one camera in the parking pad area, 2 in the alley, one in the 2nd St parking area, and a doorbell camera.
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
