Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.

Check-in is at 4 pm.
Check-out is at 10 am.

- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors.


-Parking in the driveway 4-5 max. Guest parking spaces on a first come first serve basis, street parking for overflow.

-Please note there are 5 security cameras: one camera in the parking pad area, 2 in the alley, one in the 2nd St parking area, and a doorbell camera.

We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.

We had a lovely stay at the Kimmswick Porch Haven! First of all, if you have never visited Kimmswick, it is a must! Such a cute little town full of shops and cafes. We highly recommend the Blue Owl restaurant. Quite an experience! This property was perfect for our visit and even larger than it looked online. We had 10 family members staying together, 6 adults & 4 kids ages 12, 15, 15, & 21. Everyone had a marvelous time. My stepmom has mobility issues, so we were looking for a property with a first floor bedroom and bathroom with a shower only (no tub to step over). This house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, all on one level. Two of the bathrooms are shower-only, and one bathroom has a shower/tub combo - which worked great for us. My stepmom also uses a rechargeable mobility scooter and it worked great to bring her scooter inside the privacy gate every night for recharging. From there, she was able to scooter right down the driveway and off to the shops. She loved the ability to be independent. The check-in process was a breeze and the owner was super responsive. The house was impeccably clean and the beds were SUPER comfortable - and I mean ALL of them. The washer/dryer were huge and modern. It was great to be able to wash up a lot of stuff at once. The kitchen was very well stocked and the super fancy espresso machine was a delight! My sister, (who used to work in a coffee shop) made us customized lattes and mochas with steamed milk every morning. The
