Great Stay

Condo in Imperial Beach
We had a wonderful stay for our son’s military graduation. The condo is well situated, close to the base, and very clean. The host was very helpful. It has great access to paths for walking. Enjoyed it a lot.

Wonderful Stay
This property was amazing for a larger family. We had 8 people stay and there was plenty of room. The hosts were amazing and the communication was very timely. We will definitely be back and recommend this property to anyone. Coronado and Imperial Beach are beautiful and so was this property!!!!

The condo was wonderful. The rooms were nice and the master bedroom was very spacious. Our family loved it. We especially liked the walking trail close by and the close access to the beach. I would like to stay there again.

This townhouse was just the right fit for all of us. It was easy to get to Coronado and South San Diego from here. The host's were very accommodating and accessible if we needed them. We would gladly stay here again if we are ever in Imperial Beach again.

Pleasant and easy
Owners are personal with their communication which helps ease the anxiety of bad experiences. The home had plenty of space, all rooms were very much on the larger size with no crowding. We didn’t make it to the local Imperial beach due to other obligations with a military graduation but the distance from all of that at the end of the day allowed us to settle in, relax, and enjoy the reunion with our loved one. Do not hesitate this rental for an MCRD Graduation, the drive was easy with minimal traffic delays.

Great Stay
Staying at this property was a great experience! We were 4 friends who found the accommodations to be a perfect fit with plenty space. The location of the property was close to our event, the ocean, the grocery, and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly, the area was quiet, and the owners are very accessible. 2 thumbs up!

We had a great stay here. It was clean, comfortable and spacious for our party of 8. Nataliya and Harold, the owners of Imperial Beach rental property were great!! They were very accommodating and communicated well with us. They even had beach chairs and boogie boards for us to us at the beach. Thanks for the excellent stay. I would definitely recommend this town house!!

Another Wonderful Stay
This was our second time staying at this property, and as usual, everything was fantastic. The owners of the property are always quick to communicate, and are very generous. The property was very clean and had plenty of space for our family, which is one reason why we love this place. Also, if you’re in for some really great Mexican food, we loved walking over to Don Ponchos just down the street. Thank you and we hope to be back again.

Great location and neighborhood
The Bayside Landing property is modern and well kept. The unit has an open 1st floor with 4 bedrooms upstairs. It was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for us: 5 minutes from Imperial Beach pier, 15 minutes to Coronado, 30 minutes to downtown. The hosts checked in several times to make sure all was well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We Will Be Back!
We have stayed at a number of rental properties, and this one has been excepptional! This townhome in Imperial Beach is perfect for a family gathering, complete with everything you'd need if there's a baby on board! So convenient to beaches and Coronado. Nataliya & Harold are gracious hosts who will go out of their way to make you comfortable in their lovely home. We will be back!

Perfect vacation house
I loved a few things about this property! First the property owners were amazing. Second the house was so clean. I love the fact that they don’t allow back to back stays to ensure the house gets cleaned properly. Everything you need for your beach day is provided. The house is in a great location! A high chair and pack n play are provided if you have little ones. The checkout process is so easy, the property owners just want you to enjoy your vacation.

Christmas in Imperial Beach
My wife, our daughter and her husband, and two of our grandchildren were fortunate enough to be able to spend Christmas and New Years at this condo in 2023. The condo was perfect - it had everything we needed for our stay, with lots of room (4 bedrooms!) a nice large kitchen/dining room/living room area on the main floor and a two car garage. The location is in the south of San Diego but commuting anywhere to the main attractions was easy. A very convenient walking/biking sidewalk network went for miles nearby and was literally a half block from the condo. The owners were super, meeting us as we checked in, and checking regularly to see if we needed anything. All in all, a perfect place for a San Diego vacation.

Comfortable, roomy and good location
This is our second time staying at this property. The 4 bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and we love the location! It’s only 10-12 to Coronado beach and shops, only 20ish minutes to downtown and Balboa Park. Less than 30 min to Sea World. We also really love the walking path right out the front door that goes along the riparian marsh area of the bay. There’s all sorts of beautiful flowers, birds and wildlife to enjoy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for all our needs as a large family. They even provided a few toiletries like toothbrushes, toothpaste and shampoo in case you forgot something. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay at imperial beach
Our family group of 7 ( ages 27-95) stayed at this site in Imperial Beach to attend our son’s wedding in Coronado. The house was well supplied for our stay. The walk in shower off the master bedroom was great for the 90+ year olds. The people in the community were friendly and helpful during the tropical storm on August 20th. Nataliya was very pleasant and helpful when we had an unusual request. The location was great for walking and cycling along the shared pathway along the marshes. Necessary retail stores were within walking distance We were very happy with all aspects of our stay. I will definitely try to stay here again if I have occasion to come to the San Diego area - as long as I have a vehicle to get around.

Visit to San Diego/Imperial Beach
We had the opportunity to come out for a few days to visit with our son who lives in Imperial Beach. Instead of choosing a hotel for the 3 of us, we decided to see what was out there for a short term rental and lucked out in renting this great townhouse. Not only was it in a perfect location, convenient to everything, it was immaculate and offered plenty of room for 3 adults. Something also to note, the development was quiet, both during the day and night. The property backs up to the bike path/marsh refuge which offers the bike path and wildlife refuge paths. The owners were excellent and made everything easy. They stayed connected during the time leading up to our stay and then checked in to ensure that we had everything we needed. If you have the opportunity to get out to this area, this owner and property are a must rent! Thank you Nataliya and Harold for a lovely place to stay.
