The small villa is located above the harbor city of Imperia (Capo Berta). The terrace offers plenty of space for sunbathers and a really stunning view of the sea and Imperia.
This villa is a romantic place for couples seeking peace and quiet, but who would also like to explore the cultural and sporting opportunities of the attractive Ligurian coast. You enter the house via the terrace; in the living-room you will find a fireplace. There is also a double bedroom with a view, a small kitchen and bathroom. Your car can also be safely parked in the parking space inside the closed off property.

Einfaches Häuschen, wunderschöner Blick!

Nettes , einzeln und ruhig gelegenes Häuschen in stufig angelegten Olivenhainen, Poolmitnutzung zwei Stufen tiefer. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber für zwei ausreichend. Die Terrasse direkt vorm Haus, vor allem aber die Dachterrasse mit ihrem weiten Blick über Imperia, das Meer und die ligurischen Alpen ist fantastisch. Einkaufen oder morgentliche Brötchen sind nur per Auto oder für sportliche Radfahrer möglich. Fußweg nach Imperia ist sehr steil, man braucht etwa 25-40 minuten. Die Inneneinrichtung ist etwas lieblos und dürftig, manches dürfte erneuert werden (Matratzen, Kopfkissen...), es fehlen Aufhängemöglichkeiten in Bad und Küche und ein Regal oder ähnliches um in der Küche Lebensmittel unterzubringen. Wasserzufuhr und Strom waren bei uns etwas wackelig. Wegen der Lage trotzdem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!
