"Wie wir ankamen wartete bereits unser Vermieter auf uns vor dem Haus. Er sprach für italienische Verhältnisse verständliches englisch und zeigte uns ausführlich die Wohnung im ersten Stock. Die Ausstattung war vollständig und abends hatte man einen sehr schönen Blick über das Tal in zwei Richtungen. "The property is nice, we stayed for two weeks and all went well. The view from the apartment is great. The location is also great. On the seafront it was good to be able to take a daily walk down to the coast to the marina. The apartment is close to many beaches. The balcony has the sun all day so good for sitting out. "What a lovely stay! Simone's apartment was perfect. Located right in very quiet old town near the big church and delicious restaurants, It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The stairs down to the sea will give you a workout, but there are free lifts you can use. The view was beautiful, everything was new and fresh and the apartment was VERY clean, comfortable bed also! 10 minute walk to the sea and many free beaches are found in between the for-profit parts. Alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage, was besonders im Sommer hilfreich ist. Es gibt sogar einen Wasserhahn außen, mit dem man sich die Füße abwaschen kann, wenn man vom Strand kommt. "We had a very warm welcome from Massimo and his wife. The pool and patio areas to relax are wonderful. The accommodation was lovely and clean. The location is out of busy areas so you do need to drive. There is a lovely bread shop a 10 min walk from the villa. We were not aware at the time of booking that the pool is only available to use from 9am to 6pm and the owners live on the top floor of the villa. This was not an issue at all as we had full access to the pool which made our stay....
