PRÁTICO E CONVENIENTE
O hotel é bem novo. Atendimento excelente. Simpatia e cordialidade. Bom café da manhã. Localização próxima ao aeroporto. Local tranquilo. O único fator que é necessário aprimorar é a potência do ar condicionado dos quartos, principalmente os quartos que fazem parede com as salas de Condensadoras que deixam a parede ainda mais quente.

O hotel é bom, numa boa localização. Nos incomodou o fato do ar condicionado não ter dado conta de refrescar o quarto. Os quartos que fazem parede com a sala de condensadores deveriam ter ar condicionados mais potentes.

Tivemos problemas com Ar condicionado, a noite fez muito barulho devido ao gelo e acordamos com o quarto todo alagado. Não nos trocaram de quarto e fizeram um reparo que amenizou o barulho, porém o ar continuou a pingar. Além disso, o frigobar descongelou todo, também despejando água e pedimos para arrumar, chegamos a noite e a comida estava estragada porque ele não refrigerou mais. O local é ok quanto localização, o prédio esta precisando de manutenção e reparos, nítido de ver os corredores precisando de uma limpeza mais rígida, bem como o banheiro necessitando de uma água sanitária. Restaurante ok, a comida poderia ter mais variedade e cuidado no preparo e exposição dos itens, atende para uma hospedagem rápida, mas sem muita opção e variedade de bolos e adicionais. As vezes, uma hospedagem melhor avaliada com uma diferença de 100 a 200 reias vale a pena para não ter a dor de cabeça.

As acomodações são de ótima qualidade, ambiente limpo e pessoal atencioso. Um bom custo/benefício. A única restrição é quanto ao estacionamento que, apesar de não ser pequeno, lota a noite. Das três noites que passamos, duas o carro ficou na rua.
