"We enjoyed our stay. There are not a lot of amenities provided. For example, hair shampoo or hair conditioner. They only provide shower gel. there is no room safe. Four rooms are in close proximity to the reception desk, resulting in some ambient noise from guest check-ins and staff conversations. Additionally, being located on the ground level, there is some potential for traffic noise. While this did not pose an issue for us, it may be a consideration for other guests. "The contact-less check in was excellent. Clear and detailed instructions were texted to us. The hygiene level of the property is highly commendable. The studio was very spacious. Clean. Modern. The room provided all the needed amenities. The management team is very professional and responsive. The property is within walking distance to all the prime locations. "Nilie Hospitality manages several properties in Thess. We had booked the Agia Sofia apartment (it is a great location) but they claimed they never got the reservation (a lie) and redirected us to a property near Ladadika (Great Apple) instead. They charged us the same price but the property was NOT equivalent to what we had booked. Huge apartment complex with terrible/non existent Wifi, dirty curtains and couches, hot water only if you pushed a button and waited 15 mins to warm up, smelly...

"The property is in an excellent location. The amenities are very basic and the space is just enough. It is located in a office building and seems to be a converted office space. The stay was pleasant and the room was spacious. The biggest issue was cleanliness. There was hair everywhere. We didn't get in until very late around 12am and we were exhausted and just wanted to get to bed. However, we ended up spending another 2 hrs trying to clean everything. "Property details stated 2 beds, and that’s what we selected. Apartment was very clean and recently renovated, but only had one bed. It did have an old sofa bed in bad condition, with no linens to be used on it. I shared pictures of the tattered sofa with the peoperty contact upon arrival. "

"It’s a bad neighborhood next to brothels. There’s also the clubs that are next door that play loud until 5am. Finally there’s a stench in the hall way and when I alerted the owner he got defensive trying to make me feel difficult and crazy . Zero toiletries . Zero .
