"Stayed for one night en route. Comfortable and clean. Furnishings in the room adequate. Good, hot shower. It was bitterly cold and the duvet and pillows were a bit thin and “tired” so we were a little cool. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Advice from a previous guest to have a room at the back of the property was useful as it was quiet. "

"We loved our stay here. Very comfortable bed. Everywhere was pristine clean. The breakfast was excellent, I am a healthy muesli, yogurt, fruit, nuts person and the choice was better than I had anywhere else. My husband on the other hand tucked into a filling and delicious cooked breakfast. The coffee machine choices were amazing. When we return to Stratford we won't look anywhere else."

"We loved it , beautiful setting in the countryside on a working farm. Elizabeth is a real blessing , she really looked after us, upgraded our room for free and went out of the way to provide a lovely spread for breakfast. The bed was comfy and bedroom spacious with everything you need for a midweek break. Stratford just over 10 minutes away by car. Highly recommended and value for money. "

"I loved my stay for 3 nights! Sian is a perfect host, and my single room upstairs overlooking the back garden was very quiet, had a very comfortable bed, a chair, and plenty of spaces, surfaces, and hooks to put things in or on. I could sit in the breakfast room any time of the day if I wanted a table space for working on a laptop, and I was welcome to store items in the fridge. Delicious cooked breakfast of any version of a Traditional English you prefer, plus cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juices....

"The Coombe House experience with our host David was simply amazing. He greeted us with outstanding hospitality and made us feel welcomed and at home. Our room and breakfast was top-notch. Our bed and shower welcoming and relaxing. David provides a first class experience for all his guests. My wife and I have stayed at many hotels and B&B’s over the years but the Coombe House is #1. When in the Cotswolds, I would definitely recommend staying there. "

" basic but very comfortable accommodation 10 minutes walk from the nearest pub.The room was a decent size the bed was comfortable there was plenty of storage. The bathroom and shower were good with plenty of toiletries. there is plenty of parking room. I would take a torch if walking to local pubs and restaurants as the road has no pavement for about 100 metres and is quite dark but the road is quiet on a night"

"We (my partner, and my Mum) had a lovely stay here to celebrate my Mum's birthday and really appreciated the treats left for us! Check in was super easy with the lock box. The cottage is great for 2 guests as both bedrooms have an en suite (although the upstairs/loft bedroom doesn't have a door FYI). Plenty of seating in the living area too with the sofa, armchair, and even an electric armchair which came in handy for my Mum! "Perfect quiet place for two after several days of city sounds. A few great places to eat as long as you have a reservation. Can walk to everything. Good bakery with espresso not too far. The Cotswold Way begins (or ends) here so there are plenty of walkers about... like mentioned earlier make those reservations if it's a busy season."
