"So geht Top-Hotelerie: - fantastische Lage in einem alten Dominikanerkloster mit langer Hoteltradition, - exzellenter Service, - sehr schoene, extrem grosse und hochwertig ausgestattete Zimmer (mit Seeblick & Balkon), - fantastisches Fruehstueck, - sehr gute Kueche im hauseigenen Domikaner-Restaurant und der Zeppelin-Bar, - gute Parkmoeglichkeit direkt am Haus (gebuehrenpflichtig) und nahe am Bahnhof gelegen, - sehr kurze Wege in die Konstanzer Altstadt und zum Stadtgarten bzw. zum Hafen mit Katamaran-Service nach Friedrichshafen (Zeppelin- und Dorniermuseum). Ein Haus der Spitzenklasse, das zeitlis elegant und modern ausgestattet ist. Das Team war rundum fantastisch und sehr bemueht, perfekten Service zu bieten. Danke auch an Herrn Breitling fuer die tollen Topps zu Museen und Sehenswuerdigkeiten. Wer sich und/oder andere verwoehnen will, ist hier richtig - freu mich schon auf das naechste Mal!"

"A family of four, we stayed in one of the junior suites, with a queen bed and a converted sofa bed. The room was very spacious, had large closet space, and the bath came with double sinks. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows with an absolutely breathtaking view over the Bodensee. Staff was all very friendly, though despite us speaking German and English, at times there were some language-based communication challenges with restaurant staff that could be improved. Our family also very much liked the breakfast buffet. It was super easy to grab a bus at a nearby bus stop to head down into town and enjoy the promenade. If there would be two things I'd love to see improve, it would be dedicated smoking / non-smoking sections for the restaurant's terrace. Like us, I noticed several other guests being disturbed by other guests smoking and taking away from what is otherwise a great outside breakfast and dining experience. The second thing, which I recognize will not be easy and certainly isn't a fault of the hotel / staff, would be to find a way to keep wasps at bay. There were plenty of wasps disturbing guests--including our kids--and it also took away from the experience while eating on the terrace. This was our first stay here and surely not our last--we look forward to coming back to this property!"

"Excellent friendly staff that are polite and very helpful, any questions I had were answered quickly and comprehensively. For your information, for the local tourist hotel tax you are required to pay you are entitled to a BODO card which gives you free travel on most buses and trains over a huge area. The public transport system is excellent and the hotel is just a short walk from the main bus and train station. The self service breakfast gives you a good selection to start your day, there is a restaurant also on site but I didn’t use it. The bar was good with the barman able to knock up a multitude of cocktails,, from what I witnessed. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable and perfect for me. There was a small fridge also where you could store some food and drink. There is car parking available for a fee, I'd advise informing them when you book but it is a reasonable charge in my opinion. There are also garages that can be booked, I only became aware of this on arrival and seeing cycle tourists storing their bicycles in there. Right by the promenade for pleasant walks and easy access to numerous restaurants it is an ideal choice in my book. Would I stay again? Without doubt."
