Some staff can’t speak english and it was so hard to communicate with them! Luckily, there was one who can speak a little and he was really helpful for telling what to take for transportation!

The rooms were simple but cold. Met our needs. Nice downstairs restaurant with local dining options. Pizza across the street as well. We had to ask for extra pillows as they were very limp for our liking. We went to visit Christmas markets. It was about a 15 min ride from the airport and to the Christmas market.

I called 3 times to hotel from train station, no one speaks English or German. No ride from station. 15 minute and 20 Euro taxi ride from train station. Very old house with wooden stairs, very loud in my room at night. Good area for walking. I later found out it is only 500 meters to S-Bahn stop. Food in hotel is good. No menus in German or English. Staff are a little language intolerant but not rude.

Je trouve décevant que l’heure d’arrivée est 17h et qu’il faut quitter l’hôtel à 10 h avec une pénalité de 15 euros si vous restez après cet horaire, de tous mes voyages dans le monde je n’ai pas rencontrer de tels horaires

Frühstück in der Umgebung nicht zu bekommen, im Hotel dazu zu buchen ist zu empfehlen. Abendrestaurant sehr gefragt, gute Küche, auch hier vorherige Reservierung zu empfehlen. Abendbier / Wein an der Theke im Eingangsbereich möglich. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Chambre propre et très correcte
Super accueil et une équipe de jeunes qui sont dynamiques et agréables, il ne reste plus que les salles de bain à refaire mais sincèrement, c'est un hôtel sympa, et de plus, il y a un très bon restaurant

Le logement est très bien, confortable, le chauffage fonctionne bien et est en rapport avec le prix. Cependant, il était difficile de dormir car la ventilation de la salle de bain était remplie de fumée de cigarette et l'odeur était insupportable. Ma femme souffre d'asthme et a toussé toute la nuit. Le personnel ne nous a pas proposé d'autre chambre, seulement un désodorisant.
