"Overall this was an excellent place in a charming building. I have only minor suggestions for improvement. Since we had the family room on the top floor the walls in the bathroom were severely restricting the possibility to stand in the shower. The glass wall that should help to protect the floor from flooding when showering unfortunately had a seal that did not quite reach the lower right corner of the bathtub causing large amounts of water to spill to the floor. "The hotel was booked for one night with breakfast. One side of the bed was broken and in the morning the door in the dining room was closed and noone was answering. We were forced to find a cafe nearby to have breakfast. By check out also no person inside. We just left the keys by the door and left. I think the hotel was empty all the time, with no staff at all. I dont know why it is listed as a working hotel."

"We really enjoyed our quick stay at Rioca! Finding a Brazilian themed hotel in Germany was so cute and fun. We loved all the amenities on the apartment such as the swing, the microwave, fridge, wireless charging stations, and smart TV. Everything was very clean and tidy and parking was a breeze (costs about €20 per night, so be prepared for that). Really friendly reception and awesome overall vibe. We would love to stay again!"
