Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência, o quarto estava com cheiro terrível de esgoto, tivemos muita dificuldade para dormir. A janela do banheiro estava quebrada, e a pia estava vazando água.

Achei muito bom o quarto bem espaçoso bem limpo roupa de cama e toalhas limpas gostei muito cama confortável chuveiro bom Mas no meu quarto tinha muitas formigas inclusive em cima da cama. O que eu não gostei foi do barulho todo dia acordava as 06:00 com barulho vozes alta e risadas talheres batendo meu quarto ficava embaixo da cozinha. Hoje meu ultimo dia de hospedagem acordei as 06:00 com um cidadão lavando uma moto Se não fosse isso daria nota 10.

Localização boa, comodidades e conforto a desejar!
Pousada com potencial, porém é visível a falta de gestão. As meninas são muito educadas, mas não se vê sinal de uma administração eficiente. Quando chegamos o quarto ainda não estava pronto e falta pouquíssimo tempo para o check in. Ar condicionado ruim para dias muito quentes e a cama é péssima, dor nas costas garantida. A cozinha compartilhada também deixa a desejar. Ponto positivo para a localização, mas apenas isso!

Olá, cheguei na pousada já tarde da noite e tinha 2 pessoas na recepção totalmente perdidas e sem algum tipo de instrução, me cobraram uma taxa R$ 50,00 reais extra do pet e não havia nada no app sobre taxa para pets, pedi para falar com a gerente Thabata que não estava no local em nenhum dos dias da minha estadia. O local não tem estacionamento como mostra no app para todos os quartos, o que tem é um estacionamento rotativo… Não recomendo péssimo atendimento e sem estrutura no local

Atendimento e quarto péssimo
Minha estadia ja começou pessima com a falta de profissionalismo, chegamos de 7 horas de viagem cansados eu e amigos que estavam conosco, na hora do atendimento meus dados e comprovantes de pagamento estavam corretos eles simplesmente fizeram nos esperarmos 1 hora e meia esperando que eles resolvessem liberar nossos quartos, tivemos que falar que iamos chamar a policia para eles nos liberar, logo depois elas viram que o erro era da pousada e nao nossa, porem nem desculpas recebemos pelo transtorno, no nosso quarto não tinha toalha, cobertor, os lençois estavam rasgados foi sumplesmente péssimo, a pousada nao cumpre o que promete, no nosso quarto de casal meu e do meu marido o colchao nao era de cadal era dois colchoes de solteiro na cama de casal um afundado e outro mais duro foi super desconfortavel para dormir tava tudo pessimo, enfim não recomendo.
