I did not have a good experience at this hotel. I booked a luxury suite and was told when I showed up that it was not available for 2 days. They put me and my girlfriend in a small and very dirty room for the first night which they claimed was the same price; I threatened to cancel my stay and somehow my suite then became available the next day.
The suite was large and somewhat nice except for that the toilet did not work. I told reception about this everyday of my stay and they still did not repair it; I had to go into town every time I wanted to use the bathroom.
Also the room needs a proper cleaning just like the first room they put me in. It had a strange smell, was stains on the furniture and floor, and was not comfortable. All of the windows need to be replaced as Mosquitos would enter the room through broken screens and me and my girl friend would be woken with many bites.
The hotel backs onto a beautiful natural park but that's the only thing good about it. They use this park in the photos to make the hotel nicer then it seems. Nobody uses the pool the water is green.
Location is about a 30 min walk from restaraunts and shops, there is a bus stop outside the hotel. Breakfast is ok.
The hotel has potential if they invested some money in upgrades and a proper cleaning staff. I will never go back.
