"The view is amazing, the cleanliness is good, the room size. I didn’t like the small unlit sign at the road, the dirty driveway is in poor conditions, no visibility on top of the hill plus big potholes, the property sits at a steep angle to the ocean requiring big steps stairs to access the room or the pool. "The fact that was inside the marina and practically next to the gym and stores made It easier to have everything at hand. The property is basic but clean and what you can expect from a regular resort in Angra. Staff was kind. The only thing i was a bit surprised was that the items you usually find in a rented apartment are a bit more. There were two plates, flat, but no bowl, and only one glass, no cups at all, no hair dryer, limited plugs on the wall. Remote not working, but i really didn't...

"A not so good experience. The property is much smaller than it seems. The air conditioning does not work well at all and the upstairs is unlivable with heat all night. The kitchen is small, there was no gas, and the pots were very dirty. The bathroom had no hot water at times but had a good current. We tried to stay out as much as possible and even left a day early because we could not anymore. Not worth the price!"
