"Property was still being prepared 2hours late Property was non smoking but stank of smoke (previous guests?, cleaners?) Pool was full of flies so had to clean myself. Marble surface in the kitchen was cracked and we were told no to use it, so didn’t have a functioning kitchen for the visit. Only bedding was a thin blanket or a stained duvet without a cover so had to but our own bedding on arrival.
